Nichole Griffin
HR Consultant
Nichole Griffin is an experienced Human Resources Consultant with over 19 years in the Human Resources field, who provides Human Resources consulting for start-ups and small to mid-size companies in a variety of industries. Her consulting services include the following: human resources strategy and processes, talent acquisition and development, rewards and employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation administration, writing legally compliant employee handbooks and policies, and administering/processing benefits.
Prior to working as a Human Resources Consultant, Nichole led various HR functions as a VP of Human Resources for MMGY Global formerly Ypartnership which is the world’s leading integrated marketing company specializing in travel, tourism and the hospitality industry. She also worked as a Human Resources Generalist for Advent Health, a large hospital organization with facilities across the US, for five years before joining MMGY Global. Nichole obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and graduated with high honors from the University of Central Florida with a master’s degree in Human Resources/Change Management. She also has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
